CSIR URDIP PGDP ADMISSION 2016 / CSIR UDIP PGDP Admission Test Result 2016. Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) under Unit for Research and Development of Information Products (URDIP) inviting online Application for Admission in One Year Full time Course POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN PATENT INFORMATICS(PGDP) at CSIR-URDIP, Pune. Applicant required to apply online in pgdp.urdip.res.in in between 10th June to 30th June 2016. Entrance Examination will be scheduled on 10th July 2016, Interviews commence on 11th & 12th July 2016. Details of PGDP Course :

The course will begin from August 1, 2006. The course will be of one year duration and will be full time. The lectures will be delivered by Scientist at CSIR-URDIP having minimum ten years of experience in the are for patinformatics. It will consist of four quarters with 12 models of theory classes and hands on practical sessions working on database and analytical tools including daily assignments and projects.

Total Number of Seats :

The total number of seats are 30. The distribution of seats will be as follows

 Life Science-6 Seats, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science- 10 seats, Engineering - 8 seats, Other - 6 seats.

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates minimum having Master Degree (Life Science, Chemical Science. Physical Science) / M.Pharm / B.E / L.L.B / M.Lib Sci / MBA with minimum 60% marks are eligible for applying. 

Selection Process :

The applicants have to be submitted online applications. The selection will be made on the basic of an interview. based on the number of application received and recommendations of the Admission Committee, an entrance test may be held before the Interviews are conducted. CSIR-URDIP reserves the right of admission based on merit ./ experience and educational qualifications. In case of dispute, decision of Head, CSIR-URDIP will be final and cannot be challenged.

Application Fee :

Applicant have to be submitted online through CSIR - URDIP website. The application from should be accompanied with an application fee of Rs.100/ (Rs.50 for SC / ST / PH candidates) to be paid through Online / Offline in the SBI Power Jyoti Account.
