IPIRTI PGDC Admission 2016 / Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute (IPIRTI) Announced Admission in POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA COURSE IN WOOD & PANEL PRODUCTS TECHNOLOGY (PGDCWPPT) For Session 2016 - 2017. IPRTI announces the commencement of 28th Batch of the course from the First week of November 2016. Application From for the PGDC in WPPT course can be downloaded from IPIRTI website www.ipirti.gov.in on and from 22.06.2016, Candidates required age limit should be not more than 28 years as on 01.11.2016 (Age relaxation should be applicable), Educational Qualification should be Graduate in Science (B.Sc in Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics / Agriculture) or Engineering (B.E / B.tech) from any recognized University. PG Diploma Course :
The PGDC in WPPT aims at imparting professional knowledge and skills with regard to processing technologies for efficient utilization of wood through conversation into engineers wood and a variety of panel materials ./ products (Plywood, Particle / Fiber Board, Black Board, Flush Door). The Course also includes processing technologies on bamboo , at based panel products and adhesive technology. Standardization aspects with respect to quality management and BIS certification are dealt with in details. Working knowledge on use of computers and internet is also impart. Emphasis is given not only to theoretical background to various technologies but also practiced and hands on exercise. The PGDC in WPPT is the only course of its type available in the country that has been widely recognized by the Industry. Annual intake of candidates for the course is restricted to 30.
Eligibility Criteria & Admission Procedure :
Candidates possessing Degree in Graduation in Science (B,.Sc in Chemistry / mathematics / Physics / Agriculture) or Engineering (B.E / B.tech) from any recognized University are eligible to apply for the PGD course. candidate are selected from all over the Country on the basic of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Preference in admission is given to candidates sponsored by Industries or Organisations . Upper age limit is 28 years as on 1st November 2016, Relaxation in age limit for SC / ST / OBC / PH is as per the Government of India rules. There is not age limit for sponsored candidates.
Course Fee :
A non refundable Course Fee of Rs.38000/ payable at the Time of Admission. In addition to the Course fee, amount of Rs.4400/- is to be paid as caution money and advanced mess deposit of Rs.4200/ to be refunded at the Time of the completion of the Course. The amounts are to be deposited in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalized bank Drawn in favour of- Director, IPIRTI, payable at Bangalore within Two weeks of issue of Latter regarding selection or before the commencement of the course whichever is earlier. Eligible & Interested candidates required to Download Application Form For Post Graduate Diploma Course in Wood and Panel Products technology from official portal of Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute- www.ipirti.gov.in on and from 22.06.2016. Application Form Correctly & Completely filled up and submitted with enclosing all Photocopy of Educational Certificate / Mark Sheets and Demand Draft of Rs.250 ( Non Refundable) drawn in favour of- Director, IPIRTI Paybale at Bangalore. Incomplete applications will be summary rejected.
