Government of West Bengal is Committed towards large Scale Skill development for its Youth population to improve the scope of gainful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities under the WBSDM (West Bengal Skill Development Mission) chaired by Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal. The Committee launched UTKARSH BANGLA Scheme under PASCHIM BANGA SOCIETY FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT (PBSSD) for placement & Short Term Various Training Course in across the State of West Bengal. Applicant required to Registered Online through www.pbssd.nic.in before applying for and Recruitment / Training Course. Government of West Bengal is towards large scale skill development for its youth population to improve the scope of gainful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities under the West Bengal Skill Development Mission (WBSDM) chaired by the Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal.
To ensure that the above commitment is met successfully the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development. Government of West Bengal has launched the Utkarsh Bangla a flagship scheme on 16th February 2016 under the aegis of the Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) for placement linked short-term Skill Training across the State of West Bengal.
Applicants can register here for all short-term Skill Development training being offered by PBSSD (Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development), Government of West Bengal. Eligible residents interested in placement linked short-term skilling may apply for Online Registration at www.pbssd.nic.in web portals from 1st March 2016. There is no application fee. Details of application process is given below.

Eligible & interested candidates of West Bengal required to apply for PBSSD Training Course under Utkarsh Bangla scheme on www.pbssd.nic.in. before online application for Training candidates must ensure that he / she must Registered at PBSSD Scheme. Details of Registration Process is given below.
Visit PBSSD Official Portal - www.pbssd.nic.in
Click on Registration Part.
Select language for Registration (English / Bengali).
Select Registration Step Part 1 (Registration) & Submit.
If you have Aahdhar Card then Click on Yes otherwise click on No Tab.
Enter all required details like Eligibility Criteria, Contact etc. and Submit.
Enter Extra Qualification / Knowledge Details & Verify & Final Submit.
Save Registration No.
Click on Continue to Part 2 Registration.
Upload Scanning Documents (Photo of Applicant, Birth certificate, Residential Proof, ID Proof).
Verify & Submit.
Continue to Part 3 Registration.
Choose Training Course & Submit.
Continue to Registration Part 4.
Bio metric Capture & Submit.
After successful Registration applicant Take a Print out copy of Registration Page.
