Pay Scale:

• Semi Skilled Posts: PB-1, 5200-20200, with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Post: PB-1, 5200-20200, with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 32 years for all semi skilled post while for Lower Division Clerk post, age should be between 18 years to 27 years. Age relaxation is available as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications:

1. For Industrial Employee (Semi Skilled): Candidates should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examinations form any recognized Board or Institutions. Candidates should also possess the National Council of Trades for Vocational Training (NCTVT) certificate in the relevant trade failing which ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder.  Engineering Degree & Engineering Diploma will not be accepted as qualification for Direct Recruitment.
2. For Lower Division Clerk (LWD): Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ Class 12th or its equivalent qualification form any recognized Board or University with Having typing speed of 35 words per minute in English OR 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.

Application Fee: General and other unreserved category candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- as application fee in the form of Demand Draft/Indian Postal Orders only in favour of Sr. General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Kalpi Road, Kanpur - 208009.

SC/ST/Woman/ Ex-serviceman category candidates are exempted from paying fee.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination, Skill test and interview.
