Rajasthan PMT Admission 2014 - Application Form (Private Colleges)

All India Private College Pre-Medical Test is conducted by Federation of Private Medical & Dental College of Rajasthan. Now the online application for this PC-PMT Examination has started. Those students who are ambitious of Medical Field can apply online through the official website @ www.fpmdcr.com. Before applying online the candidate must read the information brochure for admit card, cut off marks, results, exam pattern, syllabus, previous year question paper etc.

Affiliated Colleges - 4 Medical & 12 Dental Colleges.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Educational Qualification - Passed 12th Class with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
• Age Limit - Above 17 Years as on 31-12-2014.

Application Procedure :-

• Fill the candidate have to complete the online registration process.
• Upload their Photograph & Signature of proper size.
• Submit the application form & take a print out of Confirmation page.
• Pay the application Fees in Favor of "Federation of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Rajasthan" payable at Udaipur.
• Send the application enclosed with Confirmation page, DD & attested certificates to "Co-ordinator of Examination PC-PMT 2014, Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Opp. Transport Nagar Extn., Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur-313024".
