Scheme and Syllabus for Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assistant Recruitment Examination 2016

The Scheme and Syllabus for Recruitment to the post of Laboratory Assistant in the Department of Home (Police), Government of West bengal to be recruited through the Laboratory Asstt Recruitment, 2016 &  Technical Assistant in Government Engineering and technology Colleges under different Trades viz. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil Engineering and Computer Science & technology to be recruited through Technical Asstt. recruitment 2016 shall be as the Following..

Scheme & Syllabus :

Secretion will be made through Online Computer based Examination & Interview. Online Test will be dated on 20th March, 2016. Candidates shortlisted on the basic of marks obtained in online test will be called for Interview. The Online Test will have 150 marks having 150 question of 1 marks each. Examination will have .25 Negative marks for each Wrong answer. Online Test will be Objective MCQ type. The duration of the Online test shall be 2 Hours. Questions will be based on - 

• Syllabus for Laboratory Assistant Examination

1. General Studies - 20 Marks.
2. Mathematics & Test of Reasoning - 30 Marks.
3. Chemistry - 40 marks.
4. Biology - 40 marks.
5. Physics - 20 marks.

• Syllabus for Technical Assistant Examination

1. General Studies - 20 marks.
2. Mathematics & test of Reasoning - 30 marks.
3. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil Engineering / Computer Science & technology (as applicable for Posts) - 100 marks.

Interview :

Shortlisted candidates in their performance based (On Written Test) will be called for Interview. Interview have full marks of 15. The Final List / Result shall be prepared on the basic of total marks obtained in the Online Test and Interview.
