Details of Trade Vacancy :

Total No of Vacancy is 140 - Ex-ITI Trade Apprentices.

Fitter - 35 Posts, Turner - 07 Posts, Welder- 06 posts, Mechanic Motor Vehicle- 15 Posts, Electrician- 20 Posts, Machinist- 15 posts, Carpenter- 5 posts, COPA (Computer and Programming Assistant) - 25 posts, Draughtsman- 10 posts, Auto Electrician- 2 posts. 

Educational Qualification :

Ex-ITI candidates should be passed out from recognized Institute by NCVT with Minimum 2 years duration except for Welder and COPA Trade. Welder & COPA Trade Apprentices should have posses 1 year ITI certificate recognized by NCVT. 

Training Period :

The duration of Training in 1 years.

Stipend :

For Welder & COPA course applicant achieve stipend of Rs.7767/ per Months & For other Trade Rs.8166/ per Months stipend will be given. No other allowances will be paid during the entire period of Apprenticeship training.  

Selection Process :

Selection of candidates will be made on the basic of Interview. Call Letter / Admit Card for Interview intimating the Date, Time and Venue will be issued by the Establishment. 

Application Process :

• The Application in the prescribed format given in the Advertisement, along with requisite encloser (Copies of Certificate etc) should be sent directly to- THE DIRECTOR, C.V.R.D.E, AVADI, CHENNAI-600054.
• Two recent passport size photographs attested by any Central / State Government Gazetted Officer or any other competent authority and pasted firmly on Application Form and Crossed Postal Order of Rs.30 (Rupees Thirty Only) in favour of "THE DIRECTOR, CVRDE, AVADI, CHENNAI" should be submitted along with the application form duly filled by the candidates.
• No postal order is required for SC / ST / PWD) Candidates.
• Envelope containing the application Form must be superscribed in the block letter "APPLICATION FOR Ex-ITI TRADE APPRENTICE"
• Incomplete Application Form or Application Form received after the last date will be rejected automatically and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
• Online Application made through web portal of www.apprenticeship.gov.in. Register apprentice details and apply Apprenticeship Training search Establishment as - Combat Vehicles Research & Development Establishment State Tamilnadu District Thiruvallur. Last date of receipt Application is 30 days after publishing Advertisement.
