PSPCL Recruitment 2014 – Apply Online for 1000 Lineman Vacancies: Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has issued a recruitment notification for the recruitment of Lineman Posts. - General: 500 Posts
- SC/Mazbi/ Balmiki: 125 Posts
- Backward Classes: 120 Posts
- Ex- Serviceman / DXSM: 70 Posts
- Physically Challenged: 30 Posts
- Sports Person: 20 Posts
- Freedom Fighter: 10 Posts
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 39 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination and have qualification of National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade and must have done 2 years Apprenticeship in PSPCL/ PSTCL or erstwhile PSEB and should have knowledge in Punjabi.
Application Fee: General candidates are required to pay Rs. 300/-, All other and Other Unreserved category candidates except SC and Person with disability are required to pay Rs. 150/-, Person with disability category candidates need to pay Rs. 75/- and SC category candidates will have to pay Rs. 50/- as application fee.
Application fee should paid in the form of Challan in any Branch of SBOP.
Selection Process:Candidates will be selected on the basis of Merit list issued by PSPCL.
Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for Lineman posts in Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, they are required to apply through online mode by filling online application on its official website at www.pspcl.in before 16th January 2014.
How to Apply Online:Make sure candidates have a valid Email address, scanned photo and signature.
- Visit official website at www.pspcl.in.
- Navigate to What’s New! Section and click on CRA 281/13 Recruitment of Linemen.
- Now click on new Registration.
- Fill all marked details, upload photo, signature and submit your application form.
- An application Number will be generated note down it.
- Now take print out of application form and keep it for future reference.
