Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 37 years for General candidates, 40 years for OBC candidates and 42 years for SC/ ST category candidates as on 01-08-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules and regulation.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess the qualification of MBBS or MD in relevant field and should qualify State or Central council of India.
Application Fee: General and OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 150/- while SC/ ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 75/- as application fee.
Application fee should be paid along with Bank Charges in the form of prescribed Challan form available in the website payable at any branch of State Bank of India, A/c No.31650243410.
