Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be as follow as given below. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules and it will be considered as on 01-07-2014.

For Officer Scale-III Posts: Candidates age should be between 21-40 years i.e candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1973 and later than 30-06-1992 (both dates inclusive) as on 01-07-2013.

For Officer Scale-II Posts: Age should be between 21-32 years i.e candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1981 and later than 30-06-1992 (both dates inclusive) as on 01-07-2013.

For Officer Scale-I Posts: Age should be between 18-28 years i.e candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1995 (both dates inclusive) as on 01-07-2013.

For Office Assistant Posts: Age should be between 18-28 years i.e candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-07-1985 and later than 01-07-1995 (both dates inclusive) as on 01-07-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the qualification of Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent for General Banking Officer Posts, MBA in Marketing from a recognized university for Marketing Officer Post, Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution for Treasury Manager Post, Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent for Agricultural Officer Post

Application Fee: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- as application fee while SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM category candidates will have to pay only Rs. 20/- as application fee.

Application fee should be paid through through CBS Account No 84002367304 A/c name at any of the Branches of Vananchal Gramin Bank/ Through NEFT from any other Bank (IFS code- SBIN0RRVCGB), by means of a Payment challan available in the website www.vananchalgraminbank.com.

IBPS Score Card (CWE Cutoff Marks): Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Recruitment conducted by IBPS in the month of September and October 2013, they must have a valid score card where they obtained 88 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD/ SC-EXS/ ST-EXS and 95 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS for Office Asst Post, while 95 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD/ SC-EXS/ ST-EXS and 98 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS for Officer Scale I posts.

Pay Scale: Following Emoluments will be provided as salary.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in IBPS RRBs-CWE-II online examination held in the month of September and October 2013 and then their performance in Interview.
