MSME - Electronics Service & Training Centre Notified Recruitment to 6 Various Posts 2014

Electronics Service & Training Centre (ESTC, Ramgarh under MSME- Technology Development Centre, invited applications for recruitment to 6 posts ( 1 post each of Senior Scientific Officer and Junior Scientific Officer and 4 posts of Laboratory Supervisor) to be filled on Contract basis initially for a period of 5 years, extendable if required.

MSME- Technology Development Centre is a Government of India Society functioning as an Autonomous Body under Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India, provides training, service & consultancy in the field of IT, Electronics & Allied areas.

Vacancy Details

Total vacancies: 6 posts

Type of recruitment: on contract basis

Period of recruitment: initially 5 years, extendable if required;

1. Senior Scientific Officer: 1 post

Maximum Age limit: 40 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 per month

Qualifications: Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical (with specialization in Electronics)/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications or equivalent with 7 years relevant experience in the field;

Scientific Officers with 5 years regular service as SO at ESTC can also apply for the post against direct recruitment.

2. Junior Scientific Officer: 1 post

Maximum Age limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 per month

Qualifications: Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical Engineering (with specialization in Electronics)/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications or equivalent OR Three years Diploma in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical (with specialization in Electronics)/ Computer Science/ Computer Application or equivalent with 5 years experience in technical field;

3. Laboratory Supervisor (Electronics & Mechanical): 4 posts (3 posts for Electronics & one post for Mechanical)

Maximum Age limit: 25 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400 per month

Qualifications:

For Elect. & IT: Diploma in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical (with specialization in Elect.)/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications or equivalent with at least one year experience in the relevant field

For Mechanical Eng.: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology or equivalent with at least one year experience in the relevant field

NOTE: Qualified personnel may be recruited as project associates against the above posts on contract basis.

Upper Age limit is relax-able up to 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and up to 3 years for OBC candidates.
