5. Work Assistant (For Engineering Department) - 3 posts.

Age Limit :

Applicant required age limit should be not more 40 years as on 19/02/2016. Upper age is relax able by 5 years for SC / ST candidates, 3 years for Backward class candidates and for the PH canduidates.

Educational Qualification :

• Laboratory Assistant - Passed Class VIII / 8th from recognized Institution.
• Assistant caretaker - Higher Secondary or equivalent from recognized Institution / Board & Good Physique and 2 years experience in Security, watch & ward.
• Steward - Higher Secondary or Equivalent with Computer Diploma / Certificate of at least 6 Months duration having Knowledge of O.S, MS Word, Excel etc, from Government / Government recognized Institution.
• Sub Assistant Engineer - Madhyamik / Higher Secondary with Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4 years experience in the related field.
• Work Assistant - Higher Secondary with certificate in Trade course from recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
• Office Assistant - Higher Secondary or Equivalent with Computer Degree / Diploma / Certificate of at least 6 months duration from recognized Institution. 

Scale of pay :

1. Rs.5400/ - Rs.18600/ with GP Of Rs.1800/. - For Post of Laboratory Assistant.
2. Rs.7200/ - Rs.25400/ with GP of Rs.3900/. - For Assistant Caretaker & Steward Work Assistant & Office Assistant.
3. Rs.900/ - Rs.28300/ with GP of Rs.4400/ - For Sub Assistant Engineer, 

Application Fee :

Applicant required to pay application fee of Rs.250 (For General category ) / Rs.150 (OBC category) / Rs.100 (For SC , ST & PWD category) through the Online application form may be paid through the State Bank of India from 26/02/2016 to 15/03/2016.
