Selection Through :

Applicant selected through Interview & Physical & medical Standard Test. The candidates who qualified in the Interview will be subject to the Medical Examination Test. The candidates appearing for Interview for the First time will be paid to and fro sleeper-class railway/bus fare.

Application Processing Fee (APF) :

A fee of Rs.200 will be required for application fee. Application fee is required to paid at the end of application through Online Payment (using Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card). Application fee is Non refundable, No other payment mode is not acceptable.

1. Matriculation Certificate
2. Permanent Medical Registration certificate.
3. Internship Completion Certificate.
4. MBBS / PG Examination Degree / Certificate.
5. Final MBBS (Pt I & II) Attempt Certificate.
6. NCC Certificate (if any).
7. No Objection certificate from present employer, if any.
8. National Board of Examination certificate for Foreign Medical Graduate.
